Adams Street

I’ve lived in this apartment for three and a half years. I really love it and the neighborhood. It’s walking distance to four cool different areas: City Park for the nature, Colorado Blv for the movie theater, Colfax for the night life , and 12th Ave for the bistros. Plus there are two bus routes that go downtown (it’s how I get to work).

I have an extra bed if you need it

Hi! I’m a researcher who works downtown during the legislative session (January - May) and from home the rest of the time. I’ve got a 30-pound beagle, FitzRoy. There are some great coworking spaces nearby. Happy to work something out if two people working from home is too much.
