Southwest Hall Boulevard

The apartment is a two floor, two bedroom, and 2 and 1/2 bath apartment/condo. The room is a bedroom on the second floor. Carpeted stairs and upstairs rooms, with wood and tile floors for the downstairs.

The downstairs is a half bath, the upstairs one is full with shower.

Clothes washer and dryer are installed, a dishwasher, as well as an electric stove/oven/broiler.

Cats or other small animals welcome, but unfortunately we cannot have dogs here. Sorry! I have a cat and a lizard in my room, so let me know if I need to make accommodations for that.

Smokers welcome, but the landlord requests that you smoke on the outside porch or in your room ventilated, but I’m not strict about it.

I’m currently not using the driveway spot, so that will be yours to use!

The apartment is currently being renovated, so you should expect some new appliances and fixes to happen soon.

The bedroom for rent is unfortunately not furnished, so if you need help getting things I’ll gladly assist you! If you bring your own furniture, I will help you move in.

I’m currently in the process of removing items from the one-car garage, so it will be available for your use.

I’m Hugh! I’m the only other roommate, I’ll be in the room across the hall. I’m pretty friendly and open, so I’ll be available to talk whenever you want about anything you need. I also tend to be quiet and keep to myself otherwise, so no worries for the introverts out there!

I’ll be gone most of the day working, so for the most part you’ll have the house to yourself until the night, so feel free to have people over.

I love animals, and will gladly help take care of yours!
