The room for rent is $1400/ month, utilities and Internet are not included- you will be splitting it. The lease will be from Oct 15- Dec 14, 2023 (SHORT lease). There is option to renew.

The room for rent is part of a 2 bedroom and 2 bath apartment. The size of the room itself is about 10x 12 square foot.

Roommate will have full access to common areas such as the kitchen/stainless steel appliances, living room, laundry appliances.

The apartment complex is a safe gated community with ample parking as well as the assigned garage to park your own car in. You will have access to all the amenities such as the on-site gym, pools, business center, and Parcel-pending lockers for packages.

The place is an ideal location for working professionals as well as students that attend the Claremont/Pomona colleges as it is within walking distance as well as the Claremont Village.

Stores close by are the Montclair mall, Target, Gas stations, Vons, Whole Foods and restaurants.

The ideal roommate would be someone that is: -Responsible, knows how to clean as you go, does their share in keeping the common areas clean such as taking the trash out, vacuuming, etc, doesn’t have parties, can have guests/or overnight guests BUT not frequent (just give a heads up).
