Arianne's room

I live in a 2br condo in East Whittier with a room available for you to rent. The room is fairly large with a large closet. The complex is gated, you would get a parking spot, and I have a kitchen, living room, breakfast nook, patio, and laundry machines in the unit. It’s located right off the Whittier Greenway and fairly close to the Whitwood shopping center.

I’m a 28yo pianist and violinist with a full studio of private students in Uptown Whittier. I am clean, quiet, kind, respectful, and sociable. Looking for a female roommate close in age who is responsible, financially stable, and a good communicator. I’d love to get to know you and work together to be good roommates! :)
