Stephanie's room

Renting out the second bedroom in my house. Rent includes utilities and wifi for a bedroom and own bathroom which would also be the guest bathroom when guests are over. Property has a cute backyard and garden and has undergone renovations to keep it up to date. Preferably looking for a student or someone in their 20s. Pets would need to be discussed prior. Move in date is November 1st with payment as I will be re-painting certain areas and renovating the showers before then.

I am currently living at this property on my own. Currently I work full time and attend 4 credits at NNU so I am very busy and like to stay focused in a semi-quiet environment. I like to keep my place organized and clean and am looking for someone who would do the same. Some of my hobbies include: cooking/baking, staying active, being outside, music, and art.
