Home is located just 10 minutes west of downtown Frisco. Quiet, well kept neighborhood with a nice feeling of privacy. Home is only 4 years old, so many of the appliances and features still like new.

Owner occupies the downstairs master. Is gone from home for work very often and even when home, tends to spend a majority of time in his room with the exception of some occasional kitchen usage. The spare private room will share the upstairs and the upstairs restroom with (1) other male roommate. He is largely WFH, so there is a high likelihood of encountering each other on a day to day basis.
