About the room
Private room available in our 3 bedroom townhouse! The house is a 10 minute bike ride from CSU campus, right next door to Spring Creek trail and Rolland Moore Park. We have shared green space but limited yard maintenance! We have 3 bedrooms on the upper floor and a large basement. Two roommates live in the basement and one lives upstairs.
About the roomies
We are looking for a 4th roommate to join our household. We currently have 1 female roommate who recently graduated from CSU and a couple (male/female) who both attend Front Range online. We all work regular day jobs. We like to play board games together, which can occasionally get loud, but generally we are pretty quiet, clean, and easy-going!
