The owner’s suite and this suite are on different floor levels affording privacy for both occupants. A home gym has weights, a Stairmaster, a treadmill, sit-up board, and a multi-functional exercise machine. There is a game room with a ping pong table. For nature lovers, there are gardens, lawns, a bird friendly environment, an outdoor firepit, and two newly-built large bluestone patios. Kitchen equipped with three ovens, a gas cooktop, reverse osmosis for purified drinking water and all the usual appliances and kitchen supplies. Property is 3 1/2 miles from I-95 in the town of Guilford. Town beaches, plenty of hiking trails and park facilities are nearby. Background/credit checks and proof of employment and/or school enrollment required. Pet cats are welcome, but not dogs.
