I am a single male that is clean and I have maid service once a month. I enjoy the pool, full gym, clubhouse meeting rooms, and BBQ grills. which are all 100 yards from the unit. I am also an awesome cook and some nights will put some grub on the table. My lease ends at the end of November, so I am looking for someone that works and is in between apartments and understand that this is a short term opportunity for the right person.
