Joseph's room

Very quiet and safe neighborhood with little traffic. Unfurnished room with ceiling fan and closet.shared kitchen , bath ,living room ,washer/dryer, and space in a two car garage to store small amount of items. Internet is extra, but all other utilities are included. There are no animals at this time.no couples or long term guests.

I’m non smoking , generally reserved and keep things clean and neat and I work a lot . Debating on an animal in the future, but none presently. My 11 year old son stays with me every other weekend in the third bedroom and he is a very polite and easy going personality .
