About the room
4 BR Split level home. I use the BR on the first floor. 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms and a newly remodeled bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are Furnished and the 3rd is a sitting room. The 2nd floor has a living room (currently a game room) and kitchen/ dining room that would be a shared space.
About the roomies
Myself and 3 dogs (dogs are All friendly and keep to the first floor only. My bedroom is also on the first floor as is the front door and rear exit to the fenced in yard. I wake up for work at 5:30 M-F. I do not entertain often and generally go to bed before midnight.
