About the room

Im renting out one (1) bedroom in my 5 bedroom house. Curently 2 of my boys rent rooms and take care of the house. Room for rent in the Orcutt area. Amazing neighborhood and neighbors. Close to shopping and old Orcutt. Tenant has full house access and all utilities are included except cable. Please note…this room is for only one (1) tenant ( no couples, kids, pets, or overnight guests) with shared bathroom. Room has new flooring, paint, and ceiling fan. Room is not furnished.. you will have full house access with laundry on site. I require a deposit and 3 pay stubs. No smoking!!!!!
About the roomies
2.of my boys live there currently. 22 and 24 and help with the day to day. They both work alot and are great young men.
