You’ll have your own bedroom and bathroom. All other areas will be shared. There is a big backyard and there is also a large driveway for parking. There is a dog door for the backyard, if you have a dog. As long as your pup and mine get along, we’re good! The laundry room is a separate room off the garage.

The neighborhood is pretty quiet and close to stores and restaurants. There’s a community pool, rose garden, dog park and clubhouse too.

It’s just myself, my dog, and my cat. I work during the day, home by afternoon usually. I’m looking for a female roommate that is honest and reliable. I’m pretty much to myself but I definitely want a roomie where we get along & enjoy a coffee run here and there, maybe a sesh too🤗💨
