Veronica's room

This is an unfurnished room, private room. Unit is near oregon coast community College, beautiful area, quitepeacefulcommunity. Has washer and dryer in the unit. All bills included including wifi, water, and electric. Please no drugs or alcohol. Non smoking roommate Preferable. Must be employed. Must be able to pay deposit, 1st month’s rent and last month’s rent at time of move in. No pets please. This is a single person unit, no couples.

I work and attend college. I spend a lot of free time doing homework. I’m also on student government so busy with that as well. I’m 39 yrs old and too old for bs irresponsible roommate.
