Female homeowner has a 3bdrm/2bath house in Melbourne - very close to Palm Bay - that she’s looking to rent 2 of the 3 bedrooms - FULLY FURNISHED!

The owner inherited this beautiful home after her Mothers recent passing. She will be having the Master-suite; and she will also be a snowbird. She’s very easy going, laid back, fun to hang out with and gets along with everyone!

The renter will have full use of every room in the house (except for the Master-Suite) including full garage, enclosed back porch, semi-inclosed yard, inside laundry room, kitchen, large dining-room where half could potentially be used as a computer/work area, livingroom and usage of the neighborhood, in-ground pool and tennis court. Again, the only room off limits will be the Master-Suite.

Each of the 2 available rooms will cost $1000 and will include ALL utilities: electric, water, garbage pick-up, cable and internet. This will be a month to month rental agreement requiring a 30 day notice if you plan to move out. At the time of move in, first and last month rent will be due.

The house is immaculate and very pretty, it sits in a quiet neighborhood with sidewalks and friendly neighbors. The renter will NEED to be clean, drug-free, honest, respectful, friendly and the house itself is smoke-free - renters are able to smoke outside if they wish to. Small pets may be negotiable and will need to be discussed with the home owner.
