For $1800 plus utilities you’ll have your own bedroom, huge walk in closet and private bathroom. I will clean out the hall closet and linen closet so you’ll have more storage room. Full washer and dryer in unit. Condo has AC, heat and a traditional fireplace. The kitchen is large and has so much storage. Huge balcony off the living room that’s basically yours since I have one off my bedroom. The complex is right across from a park so parking available on the street. There is a gated garage with assigned parking but it’s $25 a month. The complex does have a parking lot but it fills up pretty quick. Super close to the 805 so very convenient location. Very quiet complex, that has an indoor sauna, racquetball courts, gym, pools and hot tubs. Unfortunately no pets as I have a dog in the condo already. The room can come furnished with the twin bed, armchair, desk and table. I can also remove furniture if you have your own. No cigarette smoking allowed on the property so you’ll have to walk out to the street.

Female in her 30’s who keeps the house clean so would love to have a nice, clean roommate. I have a dog I rescued who is fantastic with people just not with other animals. I don’t have any children so it’s just me and the handsome pup. Totally ok with people coming over but not looking to live in a frat house type situation. I am a smoker and there is no cigarette smoking inside or on the balcony so I go out to the street. Super quiet and usually just hanging out with my pup in my room or on the balcony off my bedroom. My lease is up at the end of April so looking for a roommate until I move back to the east coast. Super flexible with figuring out the term whether you need it weekly, monthly or for the next 6 months. Deposit I usually use for the last months rent unless agreed otherwise.
