Easy access to the interstate and the central location means almost anywhere you want to go is a 15 to 20 minute drive. The community here is friendly, lively and inviting.

It’s a beautiful 2 bd 2 bath apartment in the upstairs of a duplex. There is designated parking in the driveway and in-unit laundry. Extra storage available in the laundry room as well. Central heating, no AC.

1500 for the room and private bath, utilities not included. $500 deposit. This is a month to month sublet, with the opportunity to sign a year lease in January.

My name is Anna, I would be your roommate along with my small dog Eevie. I’ve lived in San Diego for 4 years and I absolutely love my apartment and it’s location. I enjoy painting, hiking with my dog and reading in my spare time. For work I bartend at night while I study to become a Sommelier during the day. Because of my schedule, I would prefer a roommate who works a 9-5 so we can give each other adequate space during the week - but I’m flexible depending on the situation.
