Hi everyone! *The place is on the 6th floor, with an amazingg city view in Cap hill/Downtown Denver. The apartment has a balcony and lots of windows so it’s bright. It also has quite a bit of storage space and a nice kitchen. (Excuse the mess I JUST loved in lol) *The apartment building also has a gym, pool, suna, dog area, parking garage, outside space etc. *The available room is the bigger one of the two with a big window and closet. *The total rent is $1635 plus utilities, which we would split. There is also parking in the garage available for extra $125 *I would loveee to live with a dog!! But no cats unfortunately as I’m pretty allergic to them. :( *I also like to keep things pretty clean and neat. I also just came from a veryyy tiny studio so I don’t have a couch or much furniture so if you have some, great! If not I’m in the process of looking/we will get some together. *I also like a lot of plants and posters and art on the walls and little things, tchotchke and art so if you’re bringing that too we will definitely get along! *I would really love to be friends with my roommate! If you prefer to just be friendly that’s ok too!

I work in healthcare (iykyk) and I want to be a tattoo artist. I do a lot of art and drawing. I LOVE dogs, camping, and music. I love to go out and experience all kinds of crazy and new things.
