Private bedroom and full bathroom in two bed/3 bath townhouse. Minimum 3 month stay with month-to-month after that. Rent INCLUDES the cost of utilities. The townhouse itself is 2,000 square feet with four floors. Those floors include a first floor with a garage, main floor with kitchen, living room, dining room, den and bathroom, third floor with both bedrooms and corresponding bathrooms, w/d, and a rooftop with a fully furnished rooftop deck. The townhouse is fully furnished and the room itself is unfurnished apart from a bed with box spring and mattress (if preferred the bed can be moved to a storage unit). The Townhouse is very modern and only 5 years old. The house comes with both heating and AC among other modern appliances. Garage parking is available for an additional $200/month.

The room itself gets plenty of light and has tall 15 foot ceilings. It is a large 15 X 12 feet room, has a spacious walk-in closet and a full bathroom attached, complete with a shower/bath. It has plenty of space for a desk/work from home set up, in addition to bed + dresser.

The neighborhood is fantastic. Walking distance to multiple coffee shops, bars and all the restaurants, bars and parks that LoHi has to offer. It is also less than a mile away from the Platte river and Commons Park. Very safe area with close and easy highway access.

As for me, I’m a mid-thirtees male who moved to Denver about a year and a half ago. I’m clean and very down to earth. I’ll sometimes have friends over for drinks/get-togethers but do most of my socializing outside of the house. I’m very active during the week and work from home Monday through Friday.
