Right across the street from campus, only a 3 minute walk to the Wilkinson Student Center and about a 5 minute walk from the creamery. The neighbors are nice, the lawn is well maintained, covered parking, in-unit laundry, and a great ward. Looking for someone to buy my contract asap!

The 3 other girls living in this apartment are laid back, inclusive, lowkey, and so kind. They are definitely the best selling feature of this apartment (aside from the covered parking and in-unit laundry haha). I’m only moving out so that I can have a private room!
