Nice house in the lemoore ca area 10 mins from base, a pool, jacuzzi, and plenty of room to park. nice size living room and kitchen. has a washer and dryer in the house as well and ready for someone to take my room i am currently in the process of moving out.

I live with 2 other people we are all military and well behaved house is cleaned and the grass is kept cut. we split the rent between us, with the master bedroom taking on the bigger portionfor having its own bathroom, the electric bill is split between us all. wifi is soliy paid by the other roommate and the water is paid by myself and the other roommate that has the master bedroom. I am also willing to pay your first month rent in october which is due on the 15th of every month the lease will be canceled in march of 24.
