600$ room available in a house in old town, Tacoma. The room is small, 10x10 and will be available June 1st or sooner.

This is a shared communal space in a really beautiful, but old home in the most beautiful neighborhood in Tacoma. Lexi and I really love the house, we take good care of it and will be seeking a roomate who likes a clean, peaceful space.

-500$ deposit -45$ background check non refundable to check income & renting history -Room 600$ -Utilities 75$

1 year lease. No couples or children Very small dogs that like cats may be considered and possibly other cats. My boy cat doesn’t do well with other cats though so I’m on the fence there.

About the house: 1900s duplex right up from Ruston Way. Water views from the house. Back porch for chill space. Yard with garden box for gardening. Tons of space for plants. Very easy access to i5. Safe neighborhood with coffee shops/the waterfront/restaurants in walking distance.

About us: I am an artist and Lexi is a nursing student. We both like plants although are too busy to utilize the garden boxes in the back. I’m into dance, hiking, nature, community events. Looking for a roomate who will fit into the space well.
