About the room
30 acre farm located two miles from downtown Beaufort. Upstairs has two private rooms and a full bathroom overlooking a river on one side and a saltwater pond on the other. I am renting only one room. Very private with no vehicle traffic. Private garage parking included. Merry Maids cleans the downstairs every two weeks. You are responsible for cleaning upstairs. It’s a little piece of paradise.
About the roomies
I am a 73 year old white mail living alone. I am quiet and clean preferring a peaceful existence. I am handicapped and use a wheelchair. I have a large kitchen that you are welcome to use. Bedtime is around nine o’clock for me. It is a safe, relaxing place to live.
