The semi-furnished room is roughly 14’x14’ with a great 10’x2’ closet. New paint, new carpet. Comes with a queen-size beauty rest bed. 2 windows with sunset view. House is 15min from Cal Poly and 25min from Cuesta College. This is a 3 bd / 2.5 bath house on 5 acres. Single occupant only please. Exercise room, fireplace, laundry, piano, netflix, wifi. Shared bathroom with female, me! It’s quiet, farm living out here in a quiet neighborhood. Nice street to walk, run or bike. Pets considered. We have a new kitty, so she has to agree with your pet. Farm animals considered. There is plenty of space, we can discuss your use of the land. No Drama please. Smoke free inside house. 4 horses in the front pasture.

Us: male 51, female 44. We don’t drink or use drugs. We are usually in bed by 9 or 10pm and up at 6 or 7am. We are mellow, no drama. A musician and a photographer. I have a large vegetable garden and I love to cook, bake and ferment. Which means I’ll probably offer you some treats that I make.
