Just a room in my house. You will share a bathroom with other roommate, which is a 55 yr old male. Use of kitchen and appliances, plates, pans, etc. laundry in the basement.

I’m a 60 year old recently retired lady . I spend time outside a lot, hiking, fishing, road tripping. I do have grandkids that spend the night often. My roommate now is a 55 year old male who works at home from 6am-3pm. We are both quiet and clean, looking for the same. No heavy drinkers. Had to kick out a couple of those already. Also just want to add, no pets. Please!
