Southern Hills Circle

The house is located in Lone Tree, adjacent to a golf course. The neighborhood itself is very calm and quiet (I think we are the youngest people that live here). We are 5 mins away from I-25 and 2-3 mins away from 470 and Park Meadows mall. There’s a great trail nearby for the outdoorsy types as well as multiple grocery stores that are walking distance.

The room is located upstairs across the hall from my room. It features one large window and provides plenty of sunlight. The room also features a walk in closet as well as a private bath. It is also located right above the garage so if you are a sensitive sleeper, it may be a problem.

The household will have 3 occupants total. I am working towards my degree and work in the service industry. My interests include going to concerts, going camping, and just hanging out with friends and family. I like to have friends over (very rarely) so I would like someone that is friendly, laid back, and not sensitive to sound.The main thing I am most concerned about is cleanliness and consideration and so I am looking for someone that is able to help out around the house and pick up after themselves.
