Furnished or unfurnished bedroom with a shared bathroom that you will share with 1 other person in a beautiful townhouse gated community. Young working professional or student preferred. Once a month will have a cleaner come by to clean. Utilities are included. Note, we have two cats so you must also love cats. Unfortunately we are not allowing any additional pets on the premises.
About the roomies
The property is a 3 bed 2.5 bed two story townhome. We are a professional couple and two cats. I am a working professional that works a hybrid schedule and she is a full time student. Kronk is a 1 year old Scottish Fold kitten and Yzma is a 1 year old British Shorthair kitten. Both are well behaved and do not ever make any noises.
