You’ll have the entire lower level to use as a bedroom and living room. You’ll have your own bathroom with a step in shower. Plus a spot in the attached garage. The door from the attached garage to the lower level is mere feet from each other. Laundry and kitchen/dining room will be shared and on the main level.

I’m a 41 year old female and part of the LGBTQ community with 7 year old twins who will be with me 50% of the time. Our bedrooms are on the upper level. I work from home but am also gone off/on on certain days for training and assessments. Occasionally I like to have a few friends over for drinks and dinner. My kids and I enjoy movie nights, games, arts/crafts and like to get out on the weekends for some fun. Hiking, agate hunting, renting cabins, bike rides, volunteering, fishing and cooking are just a few things I enjoy. I also really value my alone time.

We have two cats already and my homeowner’s association only allows two animals per unit-therefore I cannot rent to anyone who has an animal. No exceptions.
