Hey! My brother and I just started renting this place in June, but he wants to move in with his boyfriend, so I’m listing the room for those interested :D It’s a 2 bed, 2 bath with over 1000 sq ft in space.

The room available is the master, it includes an en suite bathroom with 2 sinks, 2 medicine cabinets, and lots of storage space in the closet.

Also included:

• in house washer dryer
• parking space
• pool/jacuzzi
• wine fridge
• dishwasher
• private balcony in room and in living room.

The place in a 5 min drive from gaslamp and little italy, right next to the “El Cortez”. Roughly a 10 minute walk to either :) It is downtown, so it isn’t the quietest area but the condominium is quiet and super safe! This would be a sublease.

House Rules:

• communicate when having more than one person over
• clean after yourself immediately
• your restroom is yours, but keep away from the other restroom.
• no smoking inside the house (vapes and wax pens are fine)
• 2 people can share the room
• month to month available, but 60 day notice required upon moving out.

I’m Niya! I’m 23, and I am a full time Supervisor at the airport. I’m considering going to school to get a different degree, but I spend most of my time drinking wine or playing games. I usually work early mornings, so I’m in bed pretty early, but my schedule always changes so I don’t have consistent days off.

I love playing video games and going out to bars. I am totally open to overnight guests or get togethers so long as we are respectful of each others space and the noise. I’m a pretty big homebody and a little shy, but I am super lax about most things.

I would prefer a roomie that is around my age, and prefer female or lgbtq+ roommates just for my safety and comfort.
