I have a 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment, and am looking for a male roommate for $700 a month. Private room, private bath, private quiet balcony, high ceilings, and sizeable bedroom space with desk. Large kitchen, washer and drier in unit. New apartment built this year. Fast 600mbps internet speed. Utilities of electricity, water, and internet will be split 50/50.

I am a Christian singer-songwriter, barista, and teacher. It’s not uncommon for me to sing a worship song in the living room while doing laundry, for example. I’m full of joy and am an extravert throughout my day, but am much more introverted at home. Having a roommate who embraces the thought of Christ-centered notes displayed in a hallway, and who smiles at the thought of hearing worship songs being written in the living room, would be ideal. And if you happen to be a musician, then the ready-to-play instruments and studio space would be a great added value for you.
