I have a spacious master bedroom in a large 2bed/2bath modern luxury apartment available now.

The apartment is on the first floor right next to the mail boxes and Amazon hub. It is right next to a Caltrain stop (and it isn’t noisy) and about 5-10 minutes away from a Safeway and 10-15 min away from a Wholefood’s and walking distance to great restaurants, shopping in downtown San Carlos, a tap room and an Italian Pizza restaurant.

It is partially furnished with a couch, coffee table and dining table in the living room although there is much more room if needed.

This lease is until February of 2024. Utilities are not included. (Please note that the room is actually 12’/13’, the schematic is wrong).

Furthermore, I have been living here for 2 years and and it’s great!
