Split rental. I will take the basement or the upstairs it is up to the renter. Upstairs is two bedrooms and a living area. The shared bathroom and kitchen are upstairs. Basement has a small bedroom with a very large personal living space that comes with it. Shared laundry is downstairs. There is a garage that i use mostly for storage it will fit a smaller vehicle than I have. Large backyard. I am open to cats possibly. I may be open to dogs in certain situations. I may be able to go partial or total furnished if that is needed as well. I am open to a lot of different situations.

I am starting a career in IT. Going through a divorce. I have kids that will be around on occasion 1 or two days a week at most usually. They keep to themselves and are self reliant high school age. I am fairly shy at first but usually open up to decent people quickly. I am friendly but keep to myself a lot mostly.
