House is 3 bedroom 2.5 baths with half bath downstairs. Two living/dining rooms with large kitchen. Lots of storage throughout house. Close to popular bus routes and shopping centers. Rent is $1116 plus utilities and wifi. Lease anticipated 6-12 months. Background and credit check required by landlord.

House with two female roommates in mid 20’s. Roommates work full time and are often out of house from 6/7am-5pm. One roommate works from home every once and a while. Relatively quiet roommates but outgoing. Non smokers and will not have parties at the house. We enjoy cooking, watching movies and hanging out with friends.
