House is a 3 bed, 2 bath located inside the beltline and 8-10 min from downtown Raleigh. Room is pretty and decent sized, with great lighting. House is in great neighborhood. Room itself will not be furnished but the common shared spaces themselves are (unlike as pictured in the photos). Utilities typically run between $100-$200 a month per person.

My brother and I (30f and 28m) are working professionals looking for a roommate for the third room in the house we rent. We’re both quiet, clean, friendly, easygoing people. He works the night shift. We’re looking for someone who can move in ASAP and who could possibly be a friend. Any pets would have to be registered as an ESA.
