Renting a bedroom at my ranch style home.Utilities are included in this price! unless the desire to upgrade.There is a secondary spacious with plenty of storage bathroom in the home that will be shared with 1 other roomate. The backyard has plenty of real estate with a fire pit and a small patio. The front porch is big and comfortable to have a chair out there and drink yoyr morning coffee before getting ready for work with views of piles peak from the distance. There are two driveways wich will be first come first serve. The kitchen is decent sized and up to date. I live at the home as well currently. I do have a dog, he’s pretty well behaved just a bit hyper still he’s turning 1 soon. please contact me for any more information

Both me and my current roomate are in the military. I would not say I am a neat freak but I do enjoy and request to have a clean and organized home. I do have a dog that’s about to turn a year old. So, keep that noted for your preference. The house is fully furnished besides that one room. The bathroom will only be shared by my other roomate. I have my own. I am a 26 yr old male and my roomate is 28 yr old male. If you where interested in knowing. I love working on things, I am a huge into aviation. I am a helicopter mechanic and love my job. I love hiking, fishing, riding my atv in the mountains when I get the chance.
