Estelle Street

We have a room for rent close to San Diego State University. The room is fully furnished with a queen bed, 2 dressers, desk & chair, and refrigerator/freezer. Rent includes utilities and wifi. Bathroom and kitchen is shared with other residents in the house. There is plenty of on street parking in our neighborhood. We recently renovated the fully fenced backyard to include a furnished deck, charcoal barbecue and firepit that you are welcome to use for guests or to enjoy the beautiful view for some peace and quiet.

You will be sharing a 4 bedroom house with myself and my husband. We also have 2 small dogs and 2 cats but they are never in the room so you don’t have to worry about pet hair and dander.
