I’m looking roommate to take two bedrooms in my house in West Philly (4 minute walk to the 52nd and Market stop). It’s a large house with four bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. I’m looking for someone to take the back two bedrooms as a bedroom/office combo for $950 (plus half of wifi, security system, and utilities), starting November 1st.

You’re welcome to use the existing bedframe, mattress, and curtains if you want, or bring your own. We’d share the upstairs bathroom (but there is another half-bath downstairs), as well as the living room, dining room, and kitchen (with dishwasher). The house also has a big backyard for Philly if you’re into gardening. The basement is unfinished but has laundry and plenty of space for storage.

Security deposit of one month’s rent. Ideally, I’m looking for a one-year lease but would also consider month-to-month with two months notice.

I’m looking for a fellow female, late-20s, cat-friendly, LGBTQ-friendly roommate. I work from home three days a week. I have four friendly cats - they won’t go into the bedrooms if the doors are kept closed but they do roam the rest of the house. The house is big enough (and I’m enough of a crazy cat lady) that it’d be fine to bring one more cat in if you have one. I’m looking for someone clean and organized who would like to spend time together cooking and playing board games but also understands the need to have your own space.
