The room is large, with windows that provide great morning sunlight, has a private entrance onto a shared deck, overlooking a pond and a garden with plenty of space for gardening. The bedroom is unfurnished. The private bathroom includes a shower stall, toilet, built-in shelves, a hanging rack, and sink. The shared kitchen includes granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast nook. The garage will have space for storage if needed.

$1,375/Mo + utilities, $1,000 deposit, First month and Deposit due upon move in. Long term preferred.
