Clean newer home in Dundee FL in quite neighborhood. You will have your own private room and bath with access to kitchen living area laundry and another room for storage if needed. First month’s rent is required $1200

I live alone with one dog in home. I work out of town so I will not be there much during the week. I do have a large dog that stays inside but is clean and friendly with people but not other animals so no pets sorry. My neighbor will be In and out during the day to care for him while I’m out of town. No party’s or loud music. Visitors are OK but must be respectful of property. Multiple visitors on a daily is not allowed. Other then that I’m pretty easy going and friendly. I just ask you clean up after yourself and keep your areas clean.
