Hey there I recently received a job offer out of state and will need someone to take over my lease. I currently have a roommate, Grant, who I’ve lived with for one year now and have never had any problems with him and he is a very quiet and clean roommate. I’ve got a room in a new 2 bed 2 1/2 bath townhome development in north Wheat Ridge with a private room and bathroom. It also comes with a large kitchen, garage with space for a car, and is mostly furnished besides your room. The location is also decently walkable with a Walgreens and restaurants around the corner also with a Safeway and parks only around 5 blocks away. The agreed upon base rent is $1,200 a month. You would also be subject to a background check, credit check and proof of income through the management company that manages the property. There is a one-time application fee of $50 and the processing fee of $200 if the lease is signed. I am set to move out sometime in October so the earliest youd be able to move in is November 1st. Sorry but no pets because of the lease or smoking inside. It’s more than fine to have someone you’re in a relationship with spend the night but the property managers just don’t want two people living permanently in that room.
