Private master bedroom with private bathroom available in 2 bedroom home in Beacon. The house has laundry, basement storage space, front porch, and a backyard with a deck and firepit. Located on quiet street very close to Main Street. ~15 minute walk to Metro North train station. Low utilities and internet split evenly.

House share with one roommate: 29 year old single female, local business owner, and avid reader. We will be sharing the house with my very cute cat who has a medical condition, so please, no pets or children. Open to having friends over occasionally with kind notice ahead of time. No smoking in the house, outside on the porch is okay!
