I have a room available for rent. The apartment is located East Harlem around 116 street (between 1 nd and 2nd avenue).

Transportation: Walking distance to Trains Station (4,5,6 and Q trains, Metro North) Buses on the avenues and cross-town bus Several CitiBike stations nearby.

Rent: $800 per month. One (1) month’s deposit required. Utilities (electric & internet) are shared 50/50. Utilities usually average about $50-60/month per person will require a 1-month notice on move-out. Will require ID and latest paycheck stub as proof of income/employment.

Room: Unfurnished. , The room is big enough to fit at least a full-size / queens-size bed, a table, and a chair. There is also a closet in the room. ( I will share pictures via email or text)

Building: Two (2) elevators. Laundry Near by (washer & dryer)
