This complex is right down the road from campus so if you’re a student this would be good for you. This complex is close to a lot of restaurants and bars and never had any issues here since I’ve moved in other than of course college parties but I don’t complain.

I have a one year old daughter she’s very well behaved and doesn’t make a lot of noise or mess and even so I am a very clean person and expect my roommate to be aswell I refuse to clean up after others other than my child. I’m a stoner but will respect if you are not. Looking for someone without children since 1 is more than enough in a 2 bedroom.
