Are you a responsible and financially stable female looking for a great place to call home? Look no further! We are two business professionals with two friendly dogs and a cat, and we’re renting out a room in our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home.

Here’s what we’re looking for in a roommate:

Female or non binary tenant (No couples) , Steady employment with a good standing job, Financially stable, Owns transportation, Pet-friendly (depending on the pet), LGBT+ Friendly.

As our roommate, you’ll have access to:

Shared kitchen & bathroom, Living room, Separate fridge and backyard.

Rent is $800 per month, with the first and last month’s rent due upfront. We have a 6-month lease agreement to provide stability and peace of mind for all parties.

Our home is conveniently located in the 75006 area, just minutes away from Two Main highways, fantastic local restaurants attractions, K-Town, Walmart, and the vibrant downtown area.
