Room #2: Regular Room: $300 per week, includes rent and all utilities (water, electric, wifi):::: Twin bed, large PC monitor (that can be used as a TV), Night stand, closet, fan and heater , door with lock

Shared Space: living room with large TV, dining table, , full kitchen, SHARED bathroom , large back yard , fire pit , bbq , covered patio , washer and dryer in unit

PARKING- street parking only- FREE- always spaces available.

Smoking ok, 4/20 ok, but outdoors only.

$1,000 security deposit required. MUST agree to in person meeting or video chat meeting prior to renting (too many scammers)

There is one other tenant staying in bedroom #3. Single female student. She tends to the animals. (1 dog and 1 cat). Animals are fully outdoors. They are not allowed in the house. No additional pets allowed.
