East Park Place

Room is a medium-sized room in the middle of our bottom-floor duplex. We have a small, fenced-in backyard with great privacy, and a nice little patio with a swing on it. Parking is on the street but we are located in a pretty safe neighborhood in Upper East side Milwaukee.

You will be living primarily with me, but my boyfriend has well, and our two dogs. He works out of state so he is gone most of the time, but returns to live in the home for a few days at a time. My boyfriend is 26, and I’m 24, and I am currently completing my Master’s in dietetics, as well as a full-time internship. So I am usually not around from about 7am to 4pm during the day. I love exercise, hiking, doing anything with my dogs, cooking, and I am always open to trying new things! The only caveat here: we are specifically looking for someone to assist in daycare with our dogs as I am gone during most of the day. This would just entail being open to coming home/being home to let them out for a potty break during the day. I understand this is sort of a big ask, but it is reflected in your rent, which is dramatically reduced. (: Our boys are very sweet and will instantly fall in love with you if you are a dog person!
