Owner occupied property is looking for a responsible, non-smoking person to rent a fully furnished bedroom. We have a spacious bedroom to rent. The rest of the house is shared. Rent includes all utilities but is capped at $100. Our room is available for one person only, no couples, no kids, no overnight male or female guests for $800 a month (utilities/bills included). No animals or pets (dogs or cats etc.), no smokers/vapers, no parties. The house is conveniently located at less than a 15-minute commute to Dover Air Force Base, downtown, groceries, and restaurants. Please reach out for more information.

We are a 60+ couple who spend the majority of the time in our daughter and son-in-law’s house next door. So we would like to rent out our spare bedroom.
