Parkside Way

My roomie and I have a guest bedroom for rent. This 3 bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse is walking distance to the dog park, shopping, and the theatre. We have a small yard, veggie garden, 3 cats and about 20 chickens. We can make room for another fur baby who isn’t too ferocious.

I am a 47 year old elementary school teacher, and the last of my two daughters just moved out. I like outdoor activities, run, hike, and am often out of town on adventures with my amazing girlfriend. Also, I spend a lot of time at my girlfriend’s house in Morro Bay. My current roommate is an amazing person who is respectful and responsible. We hope to find one more person to help pay bills🤷🏼‍♂️ Thank you for your time.
