The home is 20 minutes from Denver International Airport (DIA), about 25 minutes from downtown Denver and about 40 or 50 minutes from Boulder. About two minutes from highway 76, and just off exit 22, the neighborhood has just next to it a King Supers, auto repair facilities, a Starbucks, more than two gas stations and a park. It is a new-build family oriented neighborhood and quiet. Within 10 minutes is just about everything you could need to include a hospital and emergency center. Traffic is easy here and the area is peaceful and safe.

The room is a modest approximate 12x12 ft^2 with a full wall closet with a sliding door and window. Directly across the hall is a full restroom with two sinks. It is a new house so furniture is a work in progress and there is certainly room for your property to include furniture. If you need a furnished room I am open to taking care of that for you and happy to discuss. On the second floor is an open area which may be used for whatever you need be it a home office or to be used as a ‘game room’.

I am a cybersecurity professional and run an M&A firm. I ski a ton and am an avid motorcyclist in the summer when not hiking. Current roommates are in their early 30s and work in both sales and construction. We are all good folks and the house is very quiet all the time as we all work 40+ hours per week. The tenants here usually leave around 5am and do not return until mid-evening to late.
