About the room
While the room itself is not all that big, this room opens up to a 1,000 sq ft room. So it’s basically a large 1 bedroom apartment. I have a 500 sq ft en-suite bedroom upstairs and spend most of my home time there. I do have 3 cats, so must be a cat lover. 2 are older and just lay around all day and the youngest is outside all day. There is a full bath downstairs and renter will have access to kitchen and laundry room. ALSO, this renter will have THEIR OWN full fridge and freezer.
About the roomies
I am 54 and love to exercise and cook clean food. My daughter is off to college and will be home at summertime. She also has an en-suite bedroom upstairs.
